Sept. 2 - Detailed Program
Sept. 3 - Departure (Afternoon)
Cost of Attendance:
- $160 per student ( 110+ 50 includes belt-test)
- $120 per parent
- $100 for non-student sibling
- $80 for two non-student siblings
- Campers under the age of 5 are free.
The deadline to register for camp is August 25, 2017. Any payment there after includes a late fee of an additional $20/ particpant.
Individuals that sign up for camp before the deadline will receive a free T-Shirt. T-Shirts will be sold for $20 after August 25.
Please make sure to register for camp on or before August 25 to avoid paying an additional $40.

STEP 1: Sign Up
Sign up sheets will be at the Dojo for your convenience.
STEP 2: Waiver
Please print, fill out, and sign the waiver below. Turn in the waiver to Shihan prior to the application deadline.
STEP 3: Payment
Registration is complete when the payment is received. Payment for camp can be made directly to Shihan, though cash or check.
